These Terms of Use govern access to eliminatespine.world, associated promotional pages, and the purchase of FlexiBite branded physical products described on the Recovery Kit and related sections. By browsing, creating an order, or contacting the Wellington studio, you agree to this agreement unless a separate written contract supersedes it for a bespoke engagement.

Who may use the site

You must have legal capacity to form a binding contract in your place of residence. Businesses purchasing for commercial fit-outs warrant that the person submitting the order is authorized to bind the organization.

FlexiBite primarily serves customers in New Zealand. Deliveries outside New Zealand, if offered, will be subject to additional customs disclosures you must acknowledge at checkout.

Account and guest checkout

Where guest checkout is available, you remain responsible for supplying accurate delivery information. Typographical errors that cause failed delivery may incur redirection fees charged by couriers.

Published NZD prices include applicable goods and services tax unless stated otherwise. FlexiBite may adjust prices on eliminatespine to reflect currency shifts, supplier costs, or component scarcity, but changes apply prospectively and do not alter orders already confirmed.

Photographs, dimensional diagrams, and color swatches aim to represent FlexiBite products accurately; minor variance may occur between batches of natural materials such as cork or linen.

Inventory counts are maintained diligently, yet simultaneous orders may rarely cause stockouts. FlexiBite will offer a refund or alternate ship date if an item becomes unavailable after payment.

Orders and acceptance

An order becomes binding when FlexiBite sends a written confirmation email or message, not merely when you click pay. FlexiBite may decline orders linked to fraud indicators, export restrictions, or abusive conduct toward staff.

Studio pickups require presentation of matching identification and order reference. Unclaimed pickups may be restocked after fourteen days with a restocking fee deducted from refunds as described in the Return Policy.

Shipping and risk of loss

Risk transfers when the courier records delivery or when you collect from the Wellington studio. Inspect parcels promptly and photograph damage for return claims.

Weather, public health events, or courier labor actions may delay delivery. FlexiBite will communicate known delays but is not liable for third-party carrier schedules.

FlexiBite journals, lamps, and foot platforms are intended for ordinary desk, reading, and rest-break contexts. Do not use electrical components near water, modify cords, or exceed published weight limits on the foot platform.

Limitation of liability
